Mauricio Born, the founder and principal consultant, is an engineer by education and sustainability, climate change, and health and safety professional by choice.
With more than 30 years of experience and positive results, his professional fulfilment comes from helping organisations improve their performance, reduce risks, meet increasing stakeholder expectations while looking after employees, communities, and the environment.
His extensive career includes roles across countries, sectors, and organisations, having been involved in operating locations, business units, corporate headquarters, and business associations.

MEET OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental field, Marcia Bueno has a strong history of successfully shaping and delivering corporate-level strategies for safety, health, and environmental management.
"My career journey has taken me through significant positions in industrial operations and the consulting sector, up to Regional and Corporate General Manager. In these roles, I've been privileged to guide businesses and their operations in cultivating and maintaining a mature approach to Health and Safety through well-defined programs, processes, and organisational structures to best support their overall business strategy.
Since joining MB2 Consultants in 2024, I'm thrilled to focus on what I truly enjoy: coaching Health and Safety leaders and contributing to strategic approaches that seamlessly integrate health and safety into everyday business practices.
